Just because you didn't initially report it does not mean your side should not be properly documented. The irrationality of this instructor is clear in that her reaction to a challenge of her authority is to make the class more difficult for everyone. Can you say "fascist"? It was nice of you to try to apologize, for all the good it did. At least you have a clear conscience, which I am sure she doesn't possess right now...
